A Lucky Chances:
If you get a crappy hand from Lucky Chances, click the tab where it says lucky chances and the cards will reset. I refuse to play any hand that has wrecking balls or 1 minute speed ups.
Total Neighborhood Builds Recommended:
The recommended build set is this: 4 restaurant, Factory, and Mill. 5 Apt, and 23 Hideouts. When you are just starting or are under level 25 you only need 2 apts, so build the others first.
What order to level up:
Level your resources up as quickly to at least level 5 as quickly as you can. You WILL run out of resources. If you do the jobs, you will get some resources back. Until you have troops to take over gang and cityscapes, you will have to manage the best you can. Level up your library and your mansion as next most important items. You will not be able to complete research if you do not keep upgrading the library, and the mansion will give you the extra building slots you’ll need.
Building an Army:
With the new combat system being designed to go after low level troops first, it looks like your best bet is to build a few hundred thugs or arsons, then a couple thousand TG AND Enforcers. Most people will have to wait a while to get Pro's built, but you can be effective with the TG/ENF offense mix.
